Lumina Datamatics completes acquisition of TNQTech

Lumina Datamatics completed the acquisition of Chennai-based TNQTech on August 6, 2026. The firm now owns 100 per cent of the company. Sameer Kanodia said, “Together, we have created a leading global partner for scholarly publishing solutions.” This move helps the combined business support publishers across the entire content lifecycle globally.
