Faster AIF schemes to corporate bonds tokenisation: What Sebi annual report tells about its next moves

Sebi will introduce fast-track Alternative Investment Fund launches and a single-window clearance system to ease compliance. Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey said, "To further accelerate capital mobilisation, we will introduce a fast-track mechanism for launch of AIF schemes." The regulator also plans corporate bond tokenisation pilots and new technology roadmaps.
