Trump administration appeals to never-before-used court for deportation

The Trump administration convened the Alien Terrorist Removal Court for the first time on Thursday. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said, “Congress created the Alien Terrorist Removal Court three decades ago to remove from the United States alien terrorists.” The court is now reviewing the case of Nazira Haji Zada.
