Trump Again Makes Unfounded Claims of Noncitizen Voting

President Trump and the Department of Homeland Security claimed on Thursday that 278,000 noncitizens are registered to vote in four states. Officials in Nevada and Pennsylvania rebuffed these claims, noting no evidence was provided. Al Schmidt said, "All evidence has shown that noncitizen voting is extremely rare across the country."
