Rubio expected to discuss Trump-Xi summit in Asia meetings

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio heads to Manila this weekend for Asia-Pacific meetings. He is expected to meet his Chinese counterpart to prepare for a possible September summit between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping. Rubio will also use the trip to deepen the U.S. partnership with the Philippines.
