New York Times files motion to quash justice department’s subpoenas

The New York Times filed a motion on Wednesday to quash subpoenas from the justice department. These subpoenas targeted journalists who reported on security concerns regarding the new Air Force One. David McCraw said, “These subpoenas are brought in bad faith to punish the Times for its coverage.”
