Lobbyists and media firms are moving to Manchester to gain access to Number 10 North. Since Andy Burnham opened the base two months ago, many advisory agencies started setting up offices there. "You've got to be in the local ecosystem," said co-founder Kevin McKeever, as firms bet on regional power.
