Judge Orders U.S. to Return Deported Man at Risk of Torture

Judge Stephanie Gallagher ordered the U.S. to return a Mexican man deported this month. The man, known as John Doe, helped authorities by testifying against drug cartels. The judge said there was an "immense public interest in ensuring that persons who risk their personal safety to assist the government" are safe.
