Judge delays Mangione's state trial after lawyers sought dismissal

A judge Monday delayed Luigi Mangione's state murder trial to consider a motion for dismissal. Mangione pleaded guilty Friday to federal stalking charges regarding the death of Brian Thompson. His lawyer said he became a "pawn in parallel prosecutions." Prosecutors now have until Oct. 9 to respond to the request.
