Ferry Carrying Hundreds of Passengers Capsizes Off Coast of Cyprus

A passenger ferry carrying 267 people capsized off the northern coast of Cyprus on Sunday, leaving several people dead. Turkish and northern Cypriot forces started a search and rescue effort for 23 missing people. "There has been loss of life, and there are injured people," said Prime Minister Unal Ustel.
