Detainees at ICE facility in Texas were beaten and abused, rights groups say

Detainees at a Texas ICE facility reported beatings and abuse in a report issued Wednesday. Human Rights Watch and the ACLU said guards denied medical care and contact with families. "People detained at Camp East Montana reported routine beatings," the report said. The DHS called these claims categorically false.
