Court clears way for Texas to enforce migrant arrest law

Texas can now enforce parts of its migrant arrest law after a court cleared the way. This law lets state officials arrest people suspected of crossing the border illegally. Civil rights groups, who said they "will continue to fight against this abhorrent and blatantly illegal law," were disappointed by the ruling.
