Column | How I spent my summer: At the Reflecting Pool

Our reporter spent the summer at the Reflecting Pool in Washington to track its renovation and deterioration. Since May, she visited the site many times to watch the paint peel and algae grow. She said, "I have always loved the Reflecting Pool, a defining part of the capital's landscape."
