Who built CBSE's OSM portal? Links with alleged vendor, IIT Madras raise questions

Questions are popping up about who actually built CBSE's On-Screen Marking system. It seems a company called Coempt EduTech might be linked, and there's talk of a "conflict of interest" because of connections to IIT Madras. This all came out after an ethical hacker found issues.
