Trial run of AI-based interface to draft grievances petition under way in Krishnagiri

A trial run of an AI-based interface started at the Krishnagiri Collectorate on Monday (August 24, 2026). The system drafts public grievance petitions using voice dictation and uploads them to the Chief Minister’s portal in 15 seconds. Collector C. Dinesh Kumar said, “People should not have to move from pillar to post.”
