Startup Newlight developed a hydrogen-injection system to make cargo ships more efficient. The tech cuts fuel use and emissions by over 20 percent. During a recent 8,500-nautical mile voyage from Singapore to Ghana, the system reduced fuel consumption by 24 percent. Co-founder Haran Cohen Hillel said, "It was amazing."
