Jio gets Green Light for LEO Constellation

Space regulator IN-SPACe adjudged Reliance Jio's proposal to deploy about 1,600 low earth orbit satellites as technically sound. This move helps India build its first local constellation for national security. "The kind of capacity planned by Jio is the highest so far for India," said a person aware of discussions.
