Chinese startup launches world's largest open AI model 'Kimi K3', nears Fable and GPT-5.6 level performance

Chinese startup Moonshot launched Kimi K3, the world’s largest open-weight AI model with 2.8 trillion parameters. The company said the model “performed competitively with Fable 5.” Users can run this powerful tool locally on their own devices. It showed great results in recent tests, closing the gap with top US models.
