5.6 AI models with phased rollout and stronger safety checks

OpenAI has started GPT-5.6, a family of AI models including Sol, Terra, and Luna. Sol got Max and Ultra modes for advanced reasoning. The models will roll out gradually across ChatGPT, API, and Codex, with stronger safety checks. Access is limited initially to trusted partners.
