Tendulkar calls for 3 radical changes in T20 rules, starting with Impact Player

Sachin Tendulkar wants big T20 rule changes, starting with ditching the Impact Player. He feels scores are too high now. Tendulkar said, "The Impact Player needs to go away." He also suggested four batting powerplay overs and letting captains choose two bowling powerplay overs, plus letting one bowler bowl five overs.
