Record Dhoni’s deposition in court, not in hotel: Former IPS officer’s plea

Former IPS officer G Sampath Kumar moved the Madras high court to record M S Dhoni’s evidence in a court or government building instead of a hotel. This follows a Rs 100 crore defamation suit Dhoni filed against him. On Tuesday, the court directed the applications to be listed for hearing.
