Flower rules himself out of contention for England head coach role

Andy Flower ruled himself out of the England head coach role. He said, "I have, yes," when asked about the vacancy. Flower currently leads the Royal Challengers Bengaluru and feels he cannot manage both jobs. He is happy with his current work and chose to stay with his existing teams.
