TN overseas scholarship: Endorsement letter to be must for research funds

The Tamil Nadu Social Justice Department will now require an official endorsement letter for research funds under the Annal Ambedkar Overseas Higher Education Scholarship. Secretary K Senthil Raj said, “Research funds will not be paid until the endorsement letter is submitted.” This change aims to simplify audits and prevent funding delays.
