India's Chandrayaan-3 wins top global space honour for historic Moon landing

India's Chandrayaan-3 just got a huge global award for its amazing Moon landing! The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics gave it the 2026 Goddard Astronautics Award. This is for being the first to land near the Moon's south pole. As former Isro chairman S Somanath said, "Proud of the achievements of Isro team."
