A tiny “rainbow on a chip” could help supercharge 6G networks
Physicists at Loughborough University created a tiny “rainbow on a chip” to help supercharge 6G networks. The system produces stable light frequencies that convert into millimeter waves for faster data transmission. Dr. Luke Peters said, “The world is becoming increasingly data hungry,” noting this technology could also improve radar systems.
