'Withdraw FIRs now': CJP to BJP after top court clarifies order on protest-linked cases

CJP spokesperson Das asked the government to withdraw FIRs against protesters after the Supreme Court clarified its order. Das said, “Now that the Supreme Court has removed confusions, we expect the Government of India and all BJP/NDA-ruled states to immediately honour the assurances given on 25 July to the young.”
