Whether it was Rahul Gandhi's speech or Bhagwat ji's: Kapil Sibal on RSS chief's US diversity remarks

Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal on Sunday questioned RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat over his recent diversity remarks in the United States. Sibal said, "I was wondering whether it was Rahul Gandhi's speech or Bhagwat ji's speech." He accused Bhagwat of speaking differently abroad compared to his usual stance at home.
