What about Obama? Tharoor counters historian over Rahul Gandhi's PM qualifications

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor defended Rahul Gandhi after historian Ramachandra Guha questioned his PM qualifications. Tharoor argued that prior executive experience isn't always needed, citing Barack Obama. He said Gandhi has led a party for over a decade and has "extensive contacts with leaders around the world."
