'We share the anguish and outrage': Congress urges Sonam Wangchuk to end hunger strike

The Congress on Thursday urged activist Sonam Wangchuk to end his hunger strike, which reached its 19th day. The party said it shared his "anguish and outrage" over exam paper leaks.
