VCK, IUML formally join TVK Ministry; Vanni Arasu and AM Shahjahan inducted into Cabinet

Two parties, VCK and IUML, have officially joined the TVK government, bringing Vanni Arasu and AM Shahjahan into the Cabinet. This move fills the ministry to its maximum of 35 ministers. The Governor swore them in at a simple ceremony. The TVK government is now a full coalition with these allies.
