Stalker stabs schoolgirl to death near Kolkata after she spurned advances

A 16-year-old schoolgirl was stabbed to death in Howrah on Wednesday after she spurned a man's advances. Samir Das, 24, attacked the student while she was cycling home. A police officer said, "The girl was cycling back from her tuition class when the youth suddenly blocked her path."
