Authorities seized three smartphones, Wi-Fi routers, and Rs 31,000 cash from Aftab Ansari’s jail cell on August 23. A senior officer said, “Some electronic communication devices were seized from the cell of Aftab Ansari last week.” Police registered a case on Friday as the investigation into the security breach continues now.
