SC To Hear Danam Nagender's Disqualification Petition On September 23

Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender moved the Supreme Court against the Telangana High Court order disqualifying him under the anti-defection law. CJI Surya Kant said the petition will be heard on Wednesday. Nagender got disqualified from April 23, 2024, after he contested the Lok Sabha election while holding his assembly seat.
