Poland charges man allegedly paid by Russia to inflame Polish-Ukrainian tensions

Polish prosecutors charged a Ukrainian man with sabotage on behalf of Russian intelligence. He allegedly got paid to desecrate memorials honoring Polish victims of World War II to inflame tensions. The Internal Security Agency said the case exposed "the mechanism of operation of Russian intelligence services, which pursued their own interests."
