In Varanasi, participants are scheduled to conclude the yatra with Jalabhishek at the Kashi Vishwanath Dham, while the Vadnagar programme will culminate at the Hatkeshwar Mahadev Mandir, according to the BJP. Vice President CP Radhakrishnan congratulated PM Modi on completing 25 years as head of government, describing his tenure as one focused on inclusive development. "Heartiest greetings and warm wishes to Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji on completing 25 years of service to the Nation as Head of Government," Radhakrishnan said in a post on X. He said PM Modi's journey as "Pradhan Sevak" had turned the idea of inclusive development into a nationwide mission under the principles of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayaas". Radhakrishnan also credited the Narendra Modi government with improvements in connectivity, digital infrastructure and opportunities, and claimed that 25 crore people had been lifted out of extreme poverty over the past 15 years. The 25-year milestone covers PM Modi's time at the helm of Gujarat and his subsequent tenure at the Centre. He became Gujarat chief minister on October 7, 2001, and went on to serve as prime minister after the BJP won the 2014 Lok Sabha election. The concluding programmes are expected to bring together Seva Yatris, BJYM workers and young citizens. The BJP said the events would be held at locations connected with PM Modi's life and "spiritual heritage". The anniversary comes as the Modi government enters the second half of its third consecutive term at the Centre, making the milestone both a personal political marker and a key occasion for the BJP to showcase its governance narrative.
