Officials will not issue residential certificate in Karnataka irrationally

MLC Ivan D'Souza said revenue officials in Karnataka will issue permanent residential certificates based on valid documents. On July 14, he dismissed BJP allegations regarding misuse during electoral roll revisions. He warned, "If it is found that a PRC is issued irrationally, then the officials concerned will be removed from service."
