NIA names Saharanpur doctor's brother key Red Fort blast conspirator

NIA named Saharanpur doctor's brother, Muzafar Ahmed Rather, a key conspirator in the November 10, 2025 Red Fort blast. He allegedly helped plan the car bomb attack that killed 11 people. The agency filed a supplementary chargesheet naming three more accused, taking the total to 13.
