Manipur: Minors caught in crossfire pick up guns, bombs, lose their innocence

Over 100 minors got arrested for alleged involvement with armed groups in Manipur. Data showed 114 minors booked under UAPA between May 2023 and April this year. Many said they took up arms "to defend their villages." Prolonged exposure to weapons led them to pick up guns.
