Kaushambi blast toll 13, cracker unit owner among 3 held; 7 cops suspended

The death toll in the Kaushambi firecracker factory blast rose to 13 on Tuesday. Police arrested the owner, Naushad, after an encounter, while two family members also got caught. Authorities suspended seven cops for negligence. The administration now plans to use the National Security Act against all six named accused.
