India to blame for Bullet Train project delay, says former Japanese minister

Former Japanese minister Hideki Makihara blamed Indian officials for delays in the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project on July 15. He said, "what stood out in international meetings and negotiations was the sheer recklessness of the Indian side."
