In Kashmir, a stir over Mehbooba's 'review' of AIIMS

Former J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti's visit to the under-construction AIIMS project caused a stir. The ruling National Conference called her visit "an unconstitutional step". Mufti met officials, overlooking plans. PDP said a government with 50 MLAs should not be intimidated. The project, announced in November 2015, is delayed.
