In Karur, Vijay returned to the wound, governance and a side of 'kothu parotta'

Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay returned to Karur Friday, nine months after a stampede killed 41 people. He gave job orders to victims' families and promised a memorial. Vijay said, "The deepest pain, the deepest wound for me is the Karur incident." He also questioned police actions during the event.
