High court relegates Punjab civic polls disputes to tribunal

The Punjab and Haryana High Court told people with election problems to go to a tribunal. The court said, "all aggrieved parties must approach the election tribunal." This tribunal will sort out issues with rejected nominations and voter lists within six months. The court also noted that if officials messed up, the tribunal could order action against them.
