Govt. keen on upgrading infra in social welfare institutions, improving learning outcomes, says Minister

The government is really focused on making social welfare hostels and schools much better for students. They're upgrading buildings, adding safety features like CCTV, and improving food and sanitation. The minister said, "government was committed to taking SC, ST and BC students to greater academic heights." They're also boosting coaching for exams.
