Dozens of soldiers were killed or arrested after a mutiny in Niger’s capital, Niamey. The unrest started overnight into Saturday at a key military base near the presidential palace. State TV said, "The fighting lasted a few hours," as security forces got control. Russia’s Africa Corps helped suppress the rebellion.
