Don't spill your blood and convince NDSA on operating Kaleshwaram, Jagga Reddy tells Harish Rao

Congress leader T. Jayaprakash Reddy asked BRS leader T. Harish Rao to convince the National Dam Safety Authority to operate the Kaleshwaram project. He said, "If you are really interested in lifting water than indulging in water politics, please convince the NDSA." He also demanded an apology for project damage.
