Distress-sharing formula is the only permanent solution to Cauvery dispute: KRRS

The Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha said a distress-sharing formula is the only permanent solution to the Cauvery water dispute. On August 4, leader Badagalapura Nagendra urged the Union government to hold talks between the four riparian States. He said, "This gap has repeatedly triggered friction among the riparian States."
