College student arrested in Bathinda petrol bomb case linked to Pak handler

Police arrested Sandeep Singh, 23, a college student, for a June 22 petrol bomb attack. He recruited two others, paying them ₹500 each. Sandeep got ₹5,000 advance, promised ₹10 lakh, and sent a video to Pakistan. The targets recently joined BJP. Police are tracing a Pakistan-based handler.
