Chandigarh administration moves SC against HC order quashing rioting case against Mann

Chandigarh administration is going to the Supreme Court because the High Court threw out a rioting case from 2020 against Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and others. The High Court said there wasn't enough proof and continuing the case would be wrong. The administration wants to challenge this.
