Abhishek Banerjee assault: 5 arrested, 2 detained in Sonarpur after overnight raids

Seven people were picked up after an assault on TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee in Sonarpur. Police said, "Five people have been formally arrested." They are investigating the incident where Banerjee was allegedly pulled from a motorcycle and heckled. Raids are ongoing to find more suspects.
